Job Description
The Director Demand Generation is responsible for leading and expanding Fluid’s lead generation programs and platforms including events, campaigns, and marketing automation tools. This role requires detailed analytical thinking, strong go-to-market process expertise and an ability to operating in a highly cross-functional environment.
Specific Responsibilities
Plan and manage demand generation activities including targeting, campaign planning, and events to increase inbound lead generation and grow the marketing pipeline
Implement an optimized demand generation process including target modeling, list development, inbound qualification, sales hand-off and follow-up, and results reporting
Plan and execute a nurture marketing campaign targeting existing pre-leads as well as a client communication program designed to grow our existing relationships
Work closely with Sales to better understand ideal targets, areas for working together and for guiding efforts towards areas of need
Define, guide and grow our marketing automation infrastructure and functional competency
Produce stakeholder reports and dashboards by collecting and analyzing data from multiple platforms including web traffic and SEO
Develop, own and manage an annual Fluid client event
Required Experience
4 - 6 years experience in lead management in the digital space
Hands on experience with Salesforce.com and other marketing tools including Pardot
Deliver best practices for marketing programs and process to guide go-to-market efforts including lead management and campaign management
Strong management skills and an ability to work with multiple functions.
Research new vendor and program opportunities that generate leads at defined target metrics
Attention to detail with the ability to self manage project deadlines and dependencies
Proven dedication to enabling quality through continuous improvement
