Director Channel Home Comfort Electrolux Delaware

Job Description
The Channel Director Home comfort will report to the VP Int key accounts EMEA , and work closely within his team and the Home Comfort EMEA product organization . The Channel Director Home comfort will have the task to optimize the profitability of the accounts at a European level focusing on NORDIC CLUSTER; MEA; ITALY regions. Through : appropriate product mix , Cost to serve reduction , optimization of the T&C.

The Channel Director Home comfort will work closely with the country sales organization and the European Sales team.The Channel Director Home comfort will:

Have the task to negotiate the annual contracts with the different key accounts, and ensure their implementation and follow up.
Will resolve all customer management issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a continuous information flow between countries and Europe.
Will provide reporting and analysis, along with ensuring that all the data requirements of the account are met

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales increase and achievement of the set sales targets
Develop sales to grow Electrolux brand in EMEA market
Work closely with Product line
Develop business opportunities with Distributors
Manage Partner expectations and Targets
Increase market product awareness
Sales Training / CPD Presentations
Customer Relationship Building
Identifying key Sales Opportunities
Supply chain optimization & CTS analysis
Price waterfall analysis
AR follow up
Providing product and performance trainings and sell out solutions to the customers
Monitoring inhouse share and display share at customers
Analysis of the sales performance based on predefined KPIs and improve accordingly
Continuous analysis of the market trends and competitor activities
Research and analyze value growth opportunities
Regular reporting to management

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES REQUIRED

Experience working within the Air Con Industry in a senior sales capacity . Knowledge of DX air conditioning systems Target driven with track record of achievement
-To develop opportunities within the market place
- Increase sales revenue & control margin

Activity through Distributor Partners, EBT, consulting engineers & national accounts
Excellent knowledge of the European Home Comfort market
Pro-active support of sales function with full design and product solutions ability
Good relationship with influencers within the AC business
Educated in mechanical engineering (prefer degree level)
Experience in major HVAC company especially for having VRF products
(Major HVAC company such as Daikin, MELCO, LG, MHI, Toshiba, Panasonic)
Experience in sales of Home Comfort Products and knowledge of the European Home Comfort market is highly preferred
Strong sales and/or account management experience
Strong customer orientation, well developed organization, communication and negotiation skills
Good planning and organisational skills
Ability to work in an international environment and n a matrix organisation.
Analytical and strategic thinker with pro-active approach and high stress resistance capacity
