Senior Director HCM Cloud Delivery Oracle Redwood Shores

Job Description
The HCM Cloud Delivery Lead will play a key strategic role in the growth of our Cloud HCM Consulting Services. As a Delivery Lead, this candidate will interface with product development, sales and solution architecture teams to define strategic service offerings, assist in selling and play a project/executive sponsor role on key accounts. The Delivery Lead will be entrusted with building and managing a cadre of highly skilled and proficient Fusion delivery experts. Identifying skill gaps, short term and long term and developing talent development strategies is an essential part of the role. This leader will need to be a strong communicator and SaaS thought leader, proficient in customer facing service sales situations.



The Delivery Lead will drive hiring and skills development for HCM Cloud Onshore, although with strong matrix leadership responsibility for the people management of the offshore mission. This role will define the delivery model, on and offshore COE and other consultants needed to optimize our performance. This role directs the engagement of our HCM Cloud resources on strategic assignments and ensures that they are performing to the highest level of excellence on our leading edge product. The Delivery Lead will lead an organization of 20-25 delivery resources. In addition, there will be a dotted line management responsibility for 20-25 offshore delivery resources. The candidate will be responsible for and measured on Team Utilization metrics, headcount/resource management, bench, hiring, attrition, training but will also have some responsibility towards Revenue, Expense management and Practice margin.

This role involves working with partner channels on joint projects and growing the Fusion product footprint in the market. Partner enablement and partner management are key aspects of this role.
The Delivery Lead will work with his team to drive project extension and expansion opportunities and grow the base initiatives. The delivery lead should have deep SaaS services experience including delivery, management, sales/business development and solution development. Thought Leadership in this space and an understanding of delivery models/methodology, proposal and contract development, SaaS specific contract issues management and negotiation skills are important. This resource will not have a booking target, but will assist the sales team in solutioning, estimation, presentation and bid management/deal approval.

• Accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of practice
• Develops strategy and plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve business objectives
• Accountable for managing and growing a significant revenue stream and customer base.
• Typically manages multiple first line managers and/or senior level individual contributors both onshore and offshore.
• May serve as advisor or project sponsor role for moderately complex engagements.

Education:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree preferred
