Job Description
The Chief Financial Office (CFO) has a demonstrated commitment in attracting, engaging, retaining and developing talent and ensuring a culture of inclusion. We have an exciting opportunity for thought leader, who has a passion for diversity and inclusion that will take an innovative and analytical approach in building upon and executing on the CFO diversity and inclusion strategy. Although dedicated to the CFO, this individual will partner and collaborate with the Diversity Officer for Financial Management and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.



Responsibilities:
Partner with human resources and finance leaders to build upon the D&I strategy and action plan for the finance organization. This will include assessing and making recommendations to enhance the D&I strategy and action plan.
Continue to integrate diversity and inclusion into core people and business processes such as recruitment, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement and retention. Drive the tactics to support these processes.

Build upon foundational inclusion training to continue a culture where all perspectives are valued. Design and deliver training where necessary or requested relating to diversity and inclusion.

Collaborate with the CFO Communications to create and manage internal and external communications on the intranet, related to D&I initiatives, programs & events.

Partner with the HR analytics team to analyze D&I metrics.

Conduct internal and external benchmarking with the D&I community to gather insight and leverage best practices.

Represent the finance organization at D&I events / conferences.

Assist with developing and ensuring progress with good faith efforts created in response to affirmative action plans. Assist with OFCCP reviews and desk audit submissions.

Desired Skills and Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
A minimum of 8 years professional experience combined with knowledge and experience in driving a D&I strategy at a Fortune 500 organization

Human Resources experience preferred

Demonstrated strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to motivate, influence and optimize senior leadership, stakeholders and peer groups

Exude high energy and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Clear, concise and engaging communication style with the ability to present ideas and solutions to internal stakeholders

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute upon tactics and actions identified.

Mastery in proactively identifying opportunities; collaborating across boundaries, influencing to resolve issues, driving change, and partnering with cross functional teams

Strong project management skills

Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and good judgment

Experience in EEO/AA planning, implementation and compliance
