Senior Director Brand Equity Nutrition PepsiCo Miami
Job description
The Nutrition Brand Equity Sr. Director will lead and manage Sector Nutrition branding. This role will elevate brand value across Latin America and act as Quaker brand steward.
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
Shape strategic direction and vision of a major brand via brand equity, visualization, brand architecture and design language
Drive Growth across 670 MM US brand in Latin America
Ensure brand development (advertising awareness , 60/40, Brand Adoption) and brand /marketing ROI through SBP/AOP execution, tracking and KPIs delivery
Build and manage Nutrition´s concept and brand briefs sector wide in collaboration with cross-functional and external agency partners
Define, develop and manage Equity KPIs at Sector, Region and country level
Ensure Brand Visual ID harmonization across Sector
Build, manage and allocate A&M budget and lead productivity management
Develop Point of Sale (POS)/Promotions toolkit
Co-lead implementation of the Design Capability into the Nutrition Category across Sector
Align and communicate priorities to Nutrition Field Market Leaders.
Advise and support Local brands development, growth and alignment
Qualifications:
BA required (MBA strongly preferred)
Senior Marketing expert with more than 10 years of experience, preferably with global brands experience
Deep understanding of Consumer research processes
Advertising, Design and media expert
Proven record in delivering strategic change, results and customer expectations
Proven C level selling & negotiation skills
Strong collaboration skills to effectively deploy branding tools at a Sector/Region level
Skills:
Strategic thinking, planning, leadership and communication skills
Strong communication skills that are able to influence management and senior leaders to act in a desired manner through written and verbal communication
Proven record in delivering strategic change, results and customer expectations
Market driven/oriented
Successful experience in leading change
Proven record of manager quality
Ability to manage external partners to create holistic expression of the brand and meaningful consumer innovation
Ability to interact and persuade a diverse group of Executive Leaders (Corporate and Local)
Strategic mind with an ability to think broadly, refine question, and influence multiple decision makers
Thought leadership and commercial implementation with a track record of developing and delivering high impact and successful consumer products strategies
