Job description
Director in charge of Manufacturing Operations at Largo site for T&CI Business Unit. Responsible for Production, Materials and Logistics through subordinate managers and supervisors. Duties include directing, planning and process development, equipment selection oversight and overall manufacturing performance of products produced at site. Establishes functional policies and
makes tactical decisions within overall strategic direction, with top management guidance.



- Develops weekly, monthly, annual and long range
production plans and schedules.

- Focus on product Quality and Standards, and
continuous improvement. Drive Lean Manufacturing
projects and cost containment programs

- Maintain and influence On Time Delivery
performance and other Key Operational Metrics

- Develops annual budgets and monthly plans to
support sales targets

- Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)

- Develops and manages special projects as necessary Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 8+ yrs required. Preferred degree in Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. Advanced degree and /or certification preferred.
