Position Summary
Focus on incubating and driving new multichannel programs such as delivery, endless aisle, lockers, order at samsclub.com and pickup in Walmart store, etc.
Develop a 3-5 year access strategy for the organization which incorporates understanding competitive landscape and the evolving consumer demands
Define a learning agenda for each initiative, create a business case, get executive approval, create a test and learn plan and execute the initiative.
Lead a diverse team spread across geographical locations.
Focus on the changing competitive landscape and consumer demands.
Conceptualize success criteria, reports and metrics for all the new programs.

Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
Develops eCommerce strategies and translates them into executable components
Ensures cross functional alignment
Meets the business objective of multiple programs
Provides overall direction for Multi-Channel strategy and operations
Supports executive level leadership
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years leadership experience in operations or related function with increasing management responsibilities.
Strong software methodology experience, including tools, techniques, and successful on-time on-budget track record
Experience managing multiple levels of associates, exempt and non-exempt, including senior managers including mentoring and coaching activities.
Experience in managing multiple projects, project estimating, and project deliveries and risks
Proven leadership experience setting the vision and operational plans for large teams in a dynamic environment
Experience sustaining current operations while building future operations
Experience forging and managing technology partnerships
Experience working with many cross functional partners within an organization (eg. Merchandising, Marketing, Logistics)
Educational level
Bachelors degree or higher and/or combination of related experience.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to travel to home office and field locations as needed
Ability to be on call and available to respond to business or customer related issues
