The Director of Marketing (DOM) for CNS will join and lead a highly capable team composed of dedicated and passionate individuals. The DOM will contribute significantly to the evolution of the overall Brand strategy, while leading all core promotional activities for Healthcare Providers and Consumers. In this role he or she will need to effectively: Identify, develop and execute key promotional strategies & tactics across multiple sites of care and communication channels; Fully integrate communications to optimize reach and frequency of promotional messaging; Work with our marketing research partners to guide and interpret results in order to refine strategies & messaging; Partner with Sales Management and Sales Learning to track and adapt as needed personal selling efforts and training needs; Track competitive activities and develop strategies to address competitive threats; Work productively with external agencies, key internal stakeholders and cross functional groups within the organization; Analyze key performance indicators and financial reports (budget, commercial policy, price, net sales, etc.) and suggest improvements while seeking profit maximization of the product(s).

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive business experience is required. A minimum of 10 years demonstrated sales and/or marketing experience is required, with a strong track record of success in Marketing. Mental Health sales or marketing experience is preferred. Excellent overall business acumen and strong analytical skills. Advanced communication and presentation skills required. Individual must possess strong Leadership traits, and ability to influence without authority. People management experience and leadership in building effective teams, i.e. that work well across functions and groups (Collaboration and Teaming). This position requires a minimum of 20% domestic travel.
