The Digital Strategy solution helps clients identify, implement and validate business opportunities that create real business value through the use of digital technologies. Our team is comprised of a diverse range of backgrounds including interactive marketing and analytics, technology, business consulting, and user-experience design. Digital Strategy solution members help set the stage for a variety of complex, fast moving projects, through various stages of the product development lifecycle - from understanding user needs and market opportunities, to mapping out specific requirements for a proposed solution. Working with a variety of research tools, they gain market perspective and knowledge and distil insights into a compelling deliverable to inform the strategic direction and roadmap for the digital, and to an extent the business and marketing, strategy for our clients. This typically involves developing an understanding of the market and competitive factors, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, and helping to frame the overarching story of a project.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Years of Experience:
7 years of proven success in digital marketing roles with at least three years of managing teams

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors degree

Demonstrates Proven Expertise And Success In The Execution And Management Of Multiple, Simultaneous Digital Strategy Engagements, Including Delivery Of Personas, Content Strategy, User Experience, Optimization, Analytics, Social And Mobile Strategy, Emphasizing The Following

Providing guidance throughout activities as an account team partner and thought leader, owning the strategic direction of accounts and application of process
Establishing SOWs are followed explicitly, timelines and commitments are met for each client, all client work is conducted under a broader business or strategic context, understand the business context of the engagement


Demonstrates Proven Expertise And Success In Roles Designing And Directing Research Methodologies, Including Leveraging The Following Expertise To Uncover Patterns And Themes That Lead To Consumer And Market Insights

Quantitative and research acumen
Business models and strategic marketing
Strategy process, frameworks, models and strategic marketing and solutions

Skills Preferred

Demonstrates a proven extensive track record of success and expert-level abilities leading and managing multiple digital marketing-related business development opportunities and/or engagements from pre-sale and initial scoping through final delivery and signoff

Demonstrates proven expert-level ability to develop strategy; as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management
Demonstrates proven expert-level abilities to identify and address client needs, which include the following: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
Demonstrates proven expert-level abilities and success as a team leader that include the following: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.
