Position Overview
This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for the efficient delivery of application access security, identity, and access management (IdAM) technology solutions, implementation of access policies and processes that align with the business objectives, priorities, and risk tolerance of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC). This position will partner with TCCC Security Architect and cross-functional organizations to ensure that identity and access technologies and process decisions address business requirements and information security and privacy goals to enable TCCC to achieve its Vision 2020.


Responsibilities
Provide technical, internal customer relations, and personnel management for major IdAM programs and projects.

Define / execute application access security strategy and architecture, planning, goals, objectives, vision and principles for TCCC.

Execute IdAM initiatives in alignment with defined strategies and architectures. Consult, guide, and influence identity and access technology choices and designs in line with approved architectures.

Implement continuous improvement of application access security through measurement and optimization. Advance the enterprise IdAM program to support the Company’s business strategy and vision.

Partner strategically with information security and privacy peers, solution delivery teams, architecture teams, technology infrastructure teams, key contacts from business organizations and IT Management.

Perform capital expense and operating expense financial management for the IdAM Program through disciplined management routines. Determine how/when projects should be put on hold due to security risk and when issues need to be presented to executive management for a risk-based decision.

Ability to identify and analyze issues, to think critically and decisively to resolve issues. Ability to influence direction and balance challenging trade-offs between scope, time, and budget.

Perform benchmarks as appropriate for IdAM solution and implementations as well as for application access security

Perform IdAM program / project leadership and SDLC governance for the IdAM Program through disciplined management routines.
Deliver targeted business capabilities to enable synergy, integration, efficiency, and competitive advantage goals. Introduce new IdAM application platforms and technologies that improve user experience, execution speed, and technical capability; strengthen existing platforms for improved speed, capability, TCO, and stability.
Plan, execute, control, complete, operate and support approved IdAM projects or project deliverables (as approved via SDLC methodology) to meet committed scope, functionality, time, budget, and quality, while also ensuring that delivered IdAM solutions create a positive user experience.

Define / execute IdAM Program, organization structure, supplier strategies, business relationships, staffing, optimization, people / performance management, culture, values. Provide leadership and contribution to people development, employee engagement, creating our desired culture, performance, organization, financial and resource management, and financial mgt. (planning, rolling estimates, controls). Build a culture of trust, mutual care, transparency, and enthusiasm that leads to exceptional results

Manage IdAM Program staff in accordance with TCCC’s policies. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters

Qualifications

+ years of experience with a large global or multinational company and/or a consulting organization known for its knowledge and experience in developing world-class business with particular focus on Identity and Access Management.
+ years of experience in application security leadership role, preferably in an ERP type environment.

Demonstrated experience working on application access security and IdAM for SAP, CA, CyberArk, RSA, and other relevant technologies, applications and solutions.

Proven experience in enterprise IdAM integration, cloud computing, enterprise mobility, service oriented architecture, and delivering innovative solutions.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently both individually and in a team environment operating in a fast, complex environment that is constantly changing.

Comfortable and adept in dealing with ambiguity.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, clearly and concisely; able to tailor communications to the size and nature of the audience.

Ability to identify, document and gain senior management support for IdAM programs
