Director - Account Services - Turner Broadcasting System - New York

Job Description

Duties:
The Director will be responsible for leading a team of 20+ (and growing) to support Sales to achieve the highest possible revenue recognition while maintaining the most efficient processes internally. This role will be responsible for leading Turner's transition from a traditional media revenue operations department into a dynamic and added-value group who can support a Sales team with multiple channels of revenue and an ever-changing operational ecosystem. The Director will work collaboratively to determine processes to transition clients from pre-sales to post-sales, execute campaigns efficiently, and ensure clients satisfaction.


Job Responsibilities

Design and architect processes and systems, cross-organizationally, to help operationalize direct, indirect, programmatic and data-centric media buys
Educate and train team to be able to steward non-Direct campaigns such as programmatic-direct, automated-guaranteed, PMP, viewable, and 1p audience-data targeted campaigns
Collaborate across multiple departments to define process and policies for best-in-class service for all incoming campaigns
Working on high profile agency servicing issues - making calls, uncovering issues, proposing solutions, implementing solutions

Qualifications:
Education Requirements:
College degree
Communications/media/advertising/general business - preferred areas of study

Desired Experience
