Director - Global Studio Operations - Apple Inc. - Culver City


The Global Studio Operations Director must be an organized self-starter who is resourceful and able to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. This role requires a mature professional with the ability to work at all levels of the organization to manage projects across many functions and disciplines.

Key Qualifications:
•A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in managing the operations for a creative agency or in-house creative department.
•A deep knowledge of the creative process with hands-on experience making the work.
•Experience in a senior management position, directly managing teams of 8-10 people.

•Senior account management experience a plus.
•Experience working in an international role is required.
•Passionate about creating structure and processes that support the development of amazing work in a creative environment.
•Forward thinking and the ability to foster innovation and creativity, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives.
•Extraordinary communication and relationship skills including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally both up and down within the organization.
•Ability to continuously re-prioritize and adapt to change, and effective at managing change.
•Ability to keep large teams focused on common goals.
•Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness with strong attention to detail.
•Driven leader who approaches things with a sense of urgency.
•Able to handle ambiguity with grace
•International travel required.

Lead a team of marketing operations managers responsible for continuous refinement of processes between corporate and global teams.
Lead team responsible for resource management capability including process, tools, and tracking for all resource assignments including outside creative agencies.
Work with team leads to identify key strategic priorities and ensure that resources and funding are aligned against the priorities. Develop sound processes to ensure budgets are accurately managed.
Manage global process and materials for new employee on-boarding (NEO), including establishing meeting schedules for new employees and delivering NEO as necessary.
Organize meetings and events, and coordinate the development of content for internal communications.
Ensure facilities and infrastructure meet security compliance according to global requirements.

Education:
Bachelors degree in relevant subject required, MBA preferred.
