Compensation Specialist: With robust data in hand from a recent study we conducted, you will have implemented (or refined) a compensation strategy and structure in a way that builds transparency, aligns performance with rewards, and simplifies the management and communication of compensation across the organization.

Performance & Coaching Guru: Well-schooled in the art and science of performance management, you have elevated our company well beyond irregular, paper-based annual performance reviews by implementing a new tool and simple process for a matrixed organization. You’ve successfully obtained the buy-in from across the organization on the new approach. Most importantly, you will have gained the trust and confidence of the CEO, President and executive team, and will be sought out by them for counseling and coaching in their own development and that of their teams.

Organization Designer: Considering our long range growth plans, you will have developed preliminary concepts and the related implications for our future organizational structure. You will be deeply thoughtful about how we undertake any related change efforts. All of this will combine into strategic people planning for each coming year.

HR & Admin Leader: Walking the talk with your own team, you’ll have deeply engaged them in their growth, development, and connection/impact in the organization. Our human resources and administrative processes (payroll, compliance, benefits, office management, and facilities) are running flawlessly that they’ll be a model that other organizations aspire to follow.

Education/Experience

Helped build a service organization well beyond the 100-person mark
7 years minimum of progressively higher HR experience including managing a department
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
Demonstrated strategic thinker with exceptional judgment
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Experience scaling an HR department
Expertise in culture and change management
Has worked with executives in developing an HR strategy covering all HR disciplines
Has delivered on talent needs and related organization design for a growing business.
Preferred experience working at an organization considered an Employer of Choice
