Reporting to the Group Director, the Account Director will be a solution-oriented, strategic thinker, understand in-depth all Brand Fever services and processes, and be able to advise clients on new strategies to meet their marketing objectives around building brand value, growth, innovation and return on investment models. This role must have a passion for excellent creative, a proven record of successfully launching brand and marketing (traditional, digital and CRM) initiatives with an emphasis on brand strategy, positioning, storytelling, key messaging and audience insights.
This role requires excellent communication and proposal writing skills. They will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, build business organically and develop strong client relationships. The Account Director will be directly responsible for the profitability of Fortune 500 and mid-market clients and will be responsible for contributing to the growth of the Agency by supporting the President and the Group Director in identifying and pitching new business opportunities.

Effectively represent the Agency’s services and strategic methodologies to the client and educate them as to their applicability to their business.
Identify and develop opportunities to grow Brand Fever’s service offerings within each client.
Deliver measurable results to the client utilizing a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and economic trends, competition, and client goals and objectives to develop and execute value-added strategies that grow our clients’ businesses.
Prepare and review major marketing plans and creative strategies before submission to clients.
Create and review estimates, quotes and review project financials, weekly, to ensure budget requirements are met and profitability is maintained.
Develop talent on the team and across capabilities by coaching, identifying areas for growth, celebrating successes, and collaborating.
Remain on leading edge of emerging marketing, digital, media and industry trends and share this knowledge with the Agency.
Demonstrate ability to write “winning” proposals that articulate solutions to specific goals and objectives.
Partner with Agency President and/or Group Director in preparing new business meeting knowledge and writing proposals.
Represent Agency at industry-related events that directly impact our services and prepare a formal summary of the knowledge to share with the Agency.
Immerse yourself within an internal process or methodology that drives success, set a plan and measure the results. (For example, SEO, Social Media Content Generation, Digital Processes, etc
Requirements
10+ years of account management within an integrated agency or proven experience related to interactive marketing including brand strategy, web development, interactive marketing and knowledge of new media channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
