Job description
Solution Architects are senior delivery managers, who anchor the bid and provide thought leadership and project management skills to drive the solutioning for a particular deal as well as program manage the execution of large VSI deals

Reporting Structure: Reporting to VSI/FS Vertical head for Banking/Capital Markets/ Risk & Compliance
Level: E5/E6/E7

Key Responsibilities
Pre Sales
▪ Owning proposal end-to-end and taking responsibility for the overall quality management
▪ Aligning the storyline for a particular deal with the client’s requirements
▪ Staffing domain and technical SMEs to get specific expertise on the deal

▪ Understanding the next level of client requirements and defending the proposal
▪ Working with bid management team to ensure that all compliance issues and timelines are adhered to

Delivery
Program management of VSI deals across the life cycle
Stakeholder Management,
Risk Management
Managing Deal P&L

Requirements
§At least 10-15 years of CTB/SI delivery experience with exposure to COTS products in Risk & compliance like Axiom, Oracle Mantas & OFSAA etc. OR in Core Banking, Payments or Lending like – Bankfusion, Hogan, Oracle Flexcube, SAP
core banking, Fundtech. Loaniq etc
–With 5+ years of onsite client exposure interacting with senior clients
§Understanding of domain with ability to engage clients and understand requirements
§Demonstrated large program management experience with ability to multitask and coordinate with various teams
