Job description
There’s no question about it: The explosive growth in mobile communications is the most important story in IT today. Smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices are everywhere now, and they’ve become absolutely indispensable tools — for businesses, and for the customers, clients, business partners and employees they need to reach. Intellectsoft is an international, rapidly expanding company that is currently interviewing candidates for the Manager Director position with sales background within Silicon Valley office.
This successful candidate will report directly to the company CEO and will be responsible for developing and growing US operations, building a team of sales representatives addressing the dynamic and high growth custom Mobile Application Development market.
Managing Director will focus on growth of the business as well as closing the sale of Intellectsoft LLC Professional Services to new clients in US market.
Intellectsoft international clients include: Universal Pictures, Jaguar Motors, Qualcomm, Ernst&Young, CLINIQUE, Bombardier, London Stock Exchange, Harley-Davidson and many other firms both public and private.
Desired Skills and Experience
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales operations in US office of the company
P&L responsibility
Personal sales leadership to engage, qualify and close opportunities with existing and new clients
Achieve/exceed pipeline and revenue targets
Build a pipeline of client opportunities via a combination of daily leads provided by our marketing department and your own prospecting
Build and execute effective client relationships at all levels in support of closing qualified opportunities
Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadership
Support the sales process with presales as needed
Write and review client proposals
Additional information:
Typical deal size is between $30,000 - $200,000
Typical sales cycle, prospect to contract close is 45-90 days
Work Experience and Skill Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years experience as a Managing Director
Previous experience recruiting and building sustainable sales force
Mobile Development sector experience relevant but not essential; Intellectsoft can train you to understand the rapidly expanding Mobile Application Development Market
Successful track record selling enterprise solutions and/or professional services
Ability to interact successfully with C-suite level prospects
Hard worker and a self-motivator who works well in a team environment that enjoys the benefits of a small and growing company
Demonstrates the ability to communicate problem resolutions to others with differing skill sets and educational backgrounds
