Job description
The Director of Strategic Planning/Programs for the Client Solid State Solutions Group at SanDisk will be responsible for working with ecosystem partners - ISVs, IHVs, OSVs and CMs/ODMs - for Client Solid State Drives to develop a comprehensive engagement strategy with ecosystem partners and putting the strategy to action. Individual will develop executive relationships with ecosystem partners, work with them to leverage their strengths to bolster CSS Roadmap as well as drive key initiatives/programs that create preference/stickiness for SanDisk SSDs and drive revenue growth.
Individual will also be responsbile for developing KPIs for key strategic initiatives and developing a plan for scaling these initiatives.
This position requires a MS/MBA/MA degree or equivalent with 15 or more years of related experience and 10 or more years of direct management experience. The ideal individual must have a background in strategic planning and an excellent grasp of overall busines as well as proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Excellent communication (written and verbal, with outstanding power point and excel) and organizational skills. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of division/business unit strategic objectives and goals. Excellent out of box thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and limited resource environment. Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented creative thinker. Storage (HDD/SSD)experience a plus
