Director - Marketing - Xtend Barre® - Florida

Reporting Relationship: This position will report to the CEO of Xtend Barre.

Job Description:
Primary responsibility shall be to oversee and maintain a best in class marketing program for Xtend Barre by:
· Providing the planning, leadership, and development of structures, systems, and competencies in order to meet and exceed the marketing goals Xtend Barre.
· Assuming overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the franchisees.
· Managing all facets of national marketing campaigns, including: graphics, social media pushes, public relations, and tools for a successful implementation.
· Assisting new and current franchise owners in strategic marketing planning and training before, during, and after studio opening.
· Preparing marketing plans for new program introductions in cooperation with senior management.

· Establishing a system of reports and communications for all information from the marketing team to the franchisees owners.
· Serving as liaison to the marketing board (5 appointed franchisee owners, voted in by franchisees annually). Actively developing a strong working relationship with the marketing board and all franchisees.
· Developing systems for collecting feedback and requests from the marketing board, and working to balance franchisee requests with overall corporate initiatives.
· Working directly with designers to create all marketing collateral to support on-going campaigns, social media graphics, events, etc.
· Creating marketing collateral with a quick turnaround to support urgent franchisee needs.
· Organizing and directing marketing strategy meetings on a regular basis.
· Creating training content and ongoing support material for franchisees to improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing required.
· Minimum of five (5) years of previous marketing experience.
· Experience in fitness, franchising or small business development preferred.
· Proven record of successfully developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
· Strong communication and influencing skills.
· Passion for health, fitness and wellness.
· Ability to work cross functionally with all levels to perform job duties.
· Proficient in the use of personal computer and graphic design programs.
· Job Location: Boca Raton, FL. Expect light travel and occasional work on evenings and weekends.
