Job description
Lead, manage and contribute to functional process improvement initiatives to achieve organizational goals through initiatives.
Lead/Support process improvement initiatives in order to optimize customer experience, increase process velocity, minimize costs and set the stage for orderly growth and expansion.
Improve speed and quality of strategic business processes. Mitigate risk through strategic processes, products or functions that could negatively impact revenue flow or customer satisfaction.
Work within teams to provide valuable process excellence guidance and high-impact solutions.
Build agile and effective operational processes that support EGI’s ability to meet customer standards for quality and timeliness. Mobilize resources to drive continuous process improvement and deliver on commitments to associates, customers and shareholders.
Communicate with the Management Team on the status of improvement projects and the required infrastructure and support needed for successful deployment and implementation.
Serve as an expert resource to the business on the EGI compass, process excellence philosophy, methodology and tools, developing and mentoring peers on Process Excellence methodologies. Provide expertise and share best practices regarding Process Excellence tools & methodologies, project management, change management and team leadership.
Up to 90% Travel Requirement


Desired Skills and Experience
Ability to lead a dispersed, CI organization that is entirely dotted line relationships, including plant managers. Finding common goals between EGI, the plants and CI is a key to being successful in this role
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated relevant work experience implementing Enterprise Excellence and Process Improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
Experience successfully leading large scale innovation, growth and continuous improvement projects in a service/manufacturing environment.
Very strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal
Self-motivated, poised, resourceful, enthusiastic
Strong networking skills
Preferred Skills
Experience working for a complex organization with multiple entities
Strong negotiation skills
Experience with ERP tools Preferably Plex

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science or related area
Lean six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
