Job Summary:
Directs all aspects of consumer facing applications enabling the company business plan. Leads a high functioning IT team responsible for designing, optimizing, maintaining and supporting key systems particularly point-of-sale, marketing, merchandizing and eCommerce.

Scope:
Accountable to IT and the business for highly reliable systems and processes that drive simplification, quality, cost reduction, flexibility, and performance through hardware, software, and processes.


Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.; Master’s Degree preferred.
10 plus years’ experience in a retail environment driving business results through information technology
Strong understanding of Retail Store Operations and demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency
5-7 years managing a team of exempt professionals
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and successfully execute tactics
Demonstrated ability to map business needs to technology solutions, also to summarize and communicate technical issues and recommendations to management and non-technical peers
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations
