Job description
Responsibilities
• Manage a team of channel sales managers focused on developing, growing, and expanding pipelines and revenue in North America
• Act as a mentor and coach to the team and partner community to drive enthusiastic adoption of the eGain product portfolio
• Marshal internal resources to provide support to the team and partner community to ensure that all barriers to success are removed
• Engage with the organizations to develop and build awareness of the eGain presence and also the functional capability with particular emphasis on Knowledge Management but also on the broader aspects of the eGain platforms
• Engage with partner eco-systems to identify and progress pipeline opportunities
• Identify focused Solution Sets and Market opportunities to pursue
• Develop new meaningful distribution partnerships to expand market reach among global enterprises.
Desired Skills and Experience
Education, Experience, & Qualifications
• 10+ years of total professional experience in the high technology sector
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role at an enterprise software or SaaS provider
• 5+ years of experience working for a relatively small (sub $100M annual revenue), high-growth (CAGR >25% over 5 years) start up
• Engineering or Math Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
