Director - Product Management - Caradigm - Seattle

Caradigm is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to drive the commercialization of a suite of population health applications. The ideal candidate for this role has 7-10+ years in healthcare information technology with hands on experience envisioning and delivering solutions to both providers and payers. This individual has spent time in the past few years working to understand the changing landscape in healthcare as reimbursement models shift to value based care and has a solid foundation of the capabilities required for providers to be successful at managing risk-based contracts. Experience with analytical and well as workflow-based tools and applications is necessary. This role reports to the VP of Population Health and Analytics, and will work alongside other product management director(s) and product managers.

Requirements Essential Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Go to Market process across the Caradigm Intelligence Platform for all applications (both internally developed as well as those delivered through strategic partners)

• Develops and maintains product launch plans for new and existing products

• Supports the development of product value propositions, differentiators, and other software product requirements

• Establishes and maintains intra-departmental relationships within all key verticals in the Caradigm in order to facilitate the seamless delivery of product launch plans and materials

• Sets clinical vision and strategy for population health management systems at Caradigm

• Close collaboration with marketing team to ensure market opportunities and needs are reflected in product plans and requirements.

• Works with customers and prospects on requirements.

• Conducts product research to further understand the competitive profile for the segment worldwide and opportunities for growth

• Ensuring customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the “voice of the customer” is reflected in work processes.

• Plays an active role in the sales process developing and delivering product collateral, demonstrations, and trainings as required

• Supports the business development/partner team in extending all internal processes to strategic third party partners

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum seven (7) years product management experience within a HIT vendor or comparable experience working for a payer or provider organization.

• Ability to influence other Caradigm departments to ensure deliverables are accomplished.

• Reference-able experience working with customers to envision and deliver software products

• Proven track record of successful product launches

• Ability to communicate using English and/or local language

• Experience with software development lifecycle

• Experience with clinical analytics (e.g., utilization reports, HEDIS, PQRI reports or similar)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels in the organization

• Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization

• Analytic, creative and business focused leadership

• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time

• Bachelors or Master degree in Business or a related field preferred
