Nitel is looking for a Director of Service Delivery to be responsible for the lifecycle of all circuit and equipment orders by overseeing the Order Entry and Provisioning departments. This includes managing high level internal and external escalations for pre-order and post-order issues while ensuring that all project deliverables and customer expectations are satisfied. The Director will be responsible for coordination with our technical engineering staff throughout the order lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has in-depth telecom knowledge, is a strong team leader and will take charge on issues to ensure Nitel provides high quality customer service and timely product delivery.

Desired Skills and Experience
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree required
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in wholesale environments
A minimum of 4-5 years of management experience in order handling and provisioning
Solid understanding of local access, long-haul transport, Internet services, and SIP
Proven ability to develop and execute best practices in customer service and order management
Strong communication, organizational, trouble-shooting, and technical skills
