Lead vacation package product management, pricing and distribution strategies for Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations. Maximize both online and offline sales conversion & profitability. Manage a robust business analytics platform for Consumer Sales division to be leveraged for revenue management and KPI reporting.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Management: Collaborates with Partner Hotel Team, Destination Universal Team and Onsite Resort Sales and Marketing teams to build vacation packages that are optimized to drive maximum profitability from each customer segment. Responsible for market segmentation based package sub product lines and special offers designed to drive value for both the business and the guest experience. Lead a robust competitive benchmarking process from a distribution channel perspective. Partners with Consumer Insights to leverage market research in package development.

Product Marketing: Leads annual planning for vacation package product marketing. Ensures marketing and merchandising initiatives are aligned to overall UO Strategy and communication tactics are optimized. Ensures that all campaigns accurately reflect the features and benefits of the vacation package product line. Leads affiliate marketing programs including collaborating with Corporate Partnership initiatives.

Revenue Management & Customer Analytics: Supports Guest Contact Center analytics including management KPI's; planning data and sales incentive metrics management. Leads revenue management and analytics initiatives to translate guest and market data into short to long term product and pricing strategies. Ensures the right product and pricing are delivered to the right customer at the right time. Provide key feedback on results of marketing campaigns and promotions.
Distribution and Dynamic Packaging Technology: Champions the B2C and B2B online dynamic packaging experience by translating business needs, customer needs and technological capabilities into site features and enhancements that maximize revenue, improve customer satisfaction and enhance the value of the Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations brand. Partner closely with Interactive Media teams to ensure CRM based tactics drive the most relevant package offers to the best qualified prospects to increase conversion and share of wallet.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Economics, Math, or Computer Science is required. Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred. Other: Strong analytical skills and background required.

EXPERIENCE:7 to 10 Years: Product management, revenue management, online travel distribution, business analytics experience in related industries (Online travel agencies, tour operators, cruise lines, airlines, hotels, car rental, themed attractions etc.) is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
