Responsibilities
Work with SPA and SPI Producers for crewing and staffing of projects
Create/Maintain 3 Picture Overview (quarterly)
Create/Maintain Front-End Crew Schedule (weekly) for all SPA Departments

Work with Vice President’s direct Reports on current issues
Manager of Facilities
Manager of Editorial
Manager of Visual Development
Production and Associate Production Managers
Work with Vice President on SPA expansion plan (1-3-5 year business plan)
Oversee Production Budgets and Schedules with Vice President
Attend various Production Updates and Technical Meetings
Attend various conferences and events within the animation community
Efficiently expedite changes in productions schedules.
Collaborate with Recruiting Personnel as needed
Oversee and advise HR on all new hires and exiting employees (weekly)
Input requests for MRP’s and Annual budgets
Build bridges and alliances with artists
Coordinate special SPA events w/ Executive Vice Presidents’ office
Delegate and help train support staff
Create and Implement updated Policy and Procedures for SPA Productions
Cover projects in Executive Vice President’s absence including creative and executive staff meetings
Work with SPI software development team on any SPA tools in development
Coordinate SPA technical support with SPI systems development
Coordinate SPA summer internship program
Provide production support for marketing department when needed
Oversee special project productions (shorts or other blu-ray bonus material) while performing staff position

Desired Skills and Experience
Basic Requirements
Minimum of five to eight years experience budgeting, scheduling and maintaining visual effects/animated projects.
Prior set experience and background of working directly with creative teams and film directors in production.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to oversee multiple projects
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Degree in Film or Business a plus.
