Director - ICN Pricing - Tenet Healthcare - Dallas

Job description

The Director, ICN Processing will reports to AVP of Integrated Care Networks (Conley Cervantes). The Director will have interaction with Tenet senior leadership, including Tenet’s SVP of Managed Care, Tenet’s CFO, Market hospital CEOs, senior legal representatives and other senior operations and finance leaders. This position has national responsibility for negotiating risk based arrangements for Tenet’s affiliated ICNs; including shared savings, gain-sharing and full/partial capitated contracts. Addtionally, this position will be responsible for implementing risk arrangements in coordination with the local ICN Executive Directors, MC National Contract leads and Tenet MSO operations (Conifer) and developing a national reporting tool to measure the success of each risk based arrangement and will work closely with the Tenet MSO operations (Conifer) to design additional dashboard reports for physician and ICN administration.

• Responsibilities will include participating in identification of innovative payment opportunities and development of ICN business plans

Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications
• 5-10 years of experience in Managed Care with payor or provider contracting responsibility
• Specific experience with risk based/capitated agreements
• Knowledge of Affordable Care Act and Exchange regs a plus
• A team player with strong multi-tasking skills
• Detail-oriented, self starter
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staff, including hospital, regional offices and headquarters personnel as well as external constituents.
• Willingness to hustle and desire to work in a fast-paced environme
