Job description
Experian Marketing Services EDQ is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead a Client Services team in representing our unique value proposition to existing clients. Your primary objective will be to inspire your team to retain and grow existing business by thinking creatively and truly understanding how our suite of solutions can help clients successfully and efficiently reach their customers. You will coach your team to achieve revenue objectives by identifying areas for strategic and tactical improvement and leading your team to execute the strategy. A major focus will be placed on building strategic customer relationships with customer satisfaction being the driving force for everything you do. You’ll need to demonstrate your passion for data, your ability to influence and your incredible presentation skills. You also have to be creative, enthusiastic and adaptable. The Job:
Lead a Client Services team as both a mentor and manager, constantly working to attract, develop, and retain talentwhile making sure that that people with the right skills and motivations are in the right place at the right time to serve our clients and identify new opportunities to generate revenue.
Achieve assigned annual revenue goals by setting performance expectations and holding your team accountable for delivering results.
Guide the behaviors of your team by developing a business plan that clearly articulates business building strategy and the steps needed to execute on it.
Advocate for your customers internally to drive process changes necessary to ensure that their needs are met
Effectively use the internal CRM tools to deliver organized and actionable pipeline opportunities and provide the business with accurate forecasts.
Identifying and implementing tactical changes to increase the long term viability of our business
Increase our value proposition to clients by identifying and developing partnerships with other Experian business units.
Desired Skills and Experience
Your Skills and Experience:
5+ years of successful account management experience or experience selling enterprise software.
Previous leadership experience, preferably in the formal management of both individual contributors and managers.
A passion for data with the analytical, numerate and conceptual skills necessary to understand market trends and develop go to market strategies.
Solid business acumen with the ability to think strategically and respond tactically
A goal-oriented attitude and entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment where the challenges and opportunities change daily
Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations.
Ability to travel approximately 20%
Valid driver’s license
