Position Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead some of the key initiatives for our webOS Platform Development organization.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to the creation of a PMO organization.

You will define and implement development processes to create a nimble, fast and predictable delivery organization.

You will work closely with engineering and product directors to drive projects and be accountable for on-time and on-budget delivery of the releases under your responsibility.

Qualifications:

BS degree (MS preferred) and 10+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager
5+ years of recent consumer product experience including several successful product launches
Demonstrated technical background (ideally with Linux-based consumer electronics products); ability to deep dive into technical issues with developers and other managers
Experience working with Agile methodology
Experience managing teams across multiple geographic locations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate clearly the state of a program and provide clear and concise reports for the management team
