The qualified individual will:

Develop and implement a professional practice program for the GRC team to include the following areas: Finance and Operations, Site, Integrated and IT Audits. Manage and perform internal audit assessments and act as subject matter expert for the department on process and technical matters. Assist in developing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance the performance of the audit teams. Shares knowledge and experience with other staff members to enhance the overall competency of the department.

Expertise:

Expert knowledge and experience in the Internal Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA Standards) related practices, techniques, and tools.

The position will report directly to the CAE

Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical and financial experts at various levels of management within the department and throughout the company.

Delivery focused, willingness to perform all tasks required to complete the job, including administrative and documentation oriented tasks.

Education/Experience:

BS degree (or equivalent) and minimum of 12 years related audit experience; including

Internal and external audit experience.

Organization and management experience a plus.

CPA, CIA, CISA, PMP or similar certification a plus.
