Sally Beauty Holdings (NYSE: SBH) is the world's largest wholesale and retail distributor of beauty supplies. Our world headquarters is conveniently located just 5 minutes north of Lake Lewisville off of I35E.



We are currently seeking a Director of Creative Services. This position is charged with determining the best way for Sally to visually represent our company’s identity in print and digital.

Lead creative team in the development of work including creative and production to ensure brand objectives and strategies are met.
Challenge and evolve processes within the creative team, production team, and photography studio, as well as cross-functional processes.
Work closely with ecommerce/digital team to design assets for web.
Initiate and manage ideation sessions with creative team. Develops strategy documentation for print marketing vehicles.

Annually assesses creative team needs and develops budget requests for additional resources/equipment.

Lead and develop direct reports as needed in their responsibilities, review their opportunity areas and define their career paths.
Manage jobs and department within budget. Includes seeking efficiencies within production and with the team in general.

Desired Skills and Experience

College degree – Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Graphic Design or related.
10+ years graphic/design experience, plus management experience, retail preferred
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, - MAC environment.
Experience in Adobe Acrobat/Distiller.
