Job description
Join Distimo as our Director of Business Development: West Coast and help our exciting, profitable and young company grow and scale worldwide. We are the market leaders in mobile app analytics and would like to hire a Director of Business Development who will drive new revenue streams for the company by selling AppIQ. You will be part of a core team within Distimo charged with shaping and driving our AppIQ sales force. We’re looking for a strong candidate with a successful track record of selling data / analytics and possess a deep understanding of mobile apps and gaming industry.The role requires someone who is highly entrepreneurial, result-oriented, self motivated and energetic.
Desired Skills and Experience
Responsibilities:
Generate new business by prospecting, networking and research.
Present and demonstrate Distimo’s AppIQ product.
Produce momentum and excitement in the market for the App Developer community.
Represent Distimo at industry conferences nationwide.
Grow Distimo’s AppIQ client base of mobile developers and publishers.
Spend a large amount of time travelling; visiting clients and attending network events.
Report directly to the CCO.
This position is based in San Francisco.
Requirements:
+5 years sales experience (+2 years experience in app or gaming industry)
Extensive relationships with mobile app/game developers and publishers
Strong quantitative background
Proven track record to independently develop client relationships
BA or BS.
