We are currently looking for a dynamic leader to drive the Product Management team for IPP. Through a combination of vast internal channels tapping into 30 million employees of QuickBooks products and external channels via our partners applications, you will be leading a team focused on honing the strategy and defining the SaaS platform for both our Developers and end-Customers.

Scope includes our Developer facing Platform for both Intuit product teams and 3rd party developers, and our Customer facing App Center where Small Business go to shop, use, and manage SaaS and Mobile applications. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Manage priorities, requirements, and scope for multiple platform initiatives/
Establish and manage the product roadmap, managing trade-offs based on value, capacity, timing, and other factors
Research new technologies and standards, as well as evolve the platform's current capabilities
Drive the dialog between development partners and end customers to expose unmet or underserved needs with a deliberate plan to learn quickly and define delighting factors that will make IPP a unique, indispensable solution
Manage requirements by effectively writing/diagramming and fine-tuning those requirements based on engagement with customers, cross-functional teams, outside 3rd parties and leadership
Manage and grow a team to help achieve the goals and vision for the offering. Strong ability to manage and mentor team members and grow their careers, skills and experience both with offering deliverables as well as professional development
Serve as a thought leader and solution architect with cross functional teams and leaders in developing and delivery of the platform and roadmap that meets for desired market requirements and business objectives
Qualifications:
8+ years Product Management experience, with a recent emphasis on managing a team of PMs.
Experience in developing Web-based software (particularly a platform and/or end-customer destination).
Experience in customer facing SaaS/Mobile solutions with experience design mindset preferred.
Extensive experience driving a roadmap and product requirements for PD teams (Agile experience and training).
Experience working with external developers preferred
Track record of employee development, coaching and performance mgmt.
Leadership experience, including demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions and garner respect from other team members.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work internally, across developer, quality assurance, documentation and customer support teams.
Experience evaluating competitive landscape, market trends, and customer insights.
Demonstrated proactive approach to tackling problems.
Entrepreneurial/start-up experience preferred, or at least passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
