Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the platform portfolio of programs and manage a team of 5+ program managers to
successfully deliver business objects for IP Video and Home Network Solutions.
- Lead the cross functional Core Team comprised of product management, user
experience, product marketing.
- Responsible for the IP Video solution charter development based on deep understanding of Global requirements and get approval of SMT as well as responsible for home service innovation strategy of FBB solutions, directly define FBB innovation charter and roadmap.
- Develop strong partnerships with product, business and functional leaders to drive
focus on the strategic program objectives.
- Defining and monitoring the team’s work plans according to business and technical requirements;
- Project coordination between Headquarters and North America
- Provide "go to” leadership, transparency and visibility to the entire Solution Marketing organization.
Requirements:
- 15+ years relevant leading R&D/Marketing experience in IP and Video domain in
which over 5 years director experience with world-class IP network product
providers or operator preferred.
- Thorough understanding of marketing development and infrastructure processes and
lifecycle.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills
conducive to collaboration, able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix
management environment.
- A track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives.
- Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting, financial skills.
- Ability
to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team
and focuses their energy on achieving business goals.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes.
- Able to travel 30% - 50% including the first 2 months in our Headquarters in China.
