Job Description
Essential Functions:
* Develop graphics for online and mobile advertising.
* Produce back-end code for marketing projects.
* Translate existing creative from print or on-air into interactive web banners, email blasts and landing pages.
* Build and update XML, Flash, ActionScript files.
* Strong proficiency in Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML and back-end coding for user interface is needed.
* Work closely with other designers and project managers to develop digital creative.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience designing for print and web.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the demands and directions of the work are constantly changing.
* Ability to adhere to deadlines and communicate the issues around a job effectively.
* Knowledge of and active interest in sports is extremely helpful.
