Job Description
The HLI Fair Lending Executive will develop and propose the testing program to be used for Home Loans & Insurance Services. Additionally, this individual will also oversee the group responsible for the execution of such program, which includes the statistical monitoring program and all Fair Lending testing. Further, the group also participates in new product and service discussions to assess Fair Lending risk associated with such programs. In addition to executing the program for HLI, this position will oversee testing on behalf of all other areas within Bank of America that require statistical monitoring or file testing, as requested by the Enterprise Fair Lending group. Further, this individual will interact with senior management as well as regulators and attorneys.
Skills
Required Skills:
• Prior executive management experience overseeing one of the following areas: Mtg. Fulfillment or Mtg. Sales or Mtg. Operations or Mtg. Risk.
• Successful track record of developing and executing strategy for the Mortgage Group.
• Subject matter expert on Fair Lending regulations
• Senior level management experience leading groups in a large matrixed organization
• Experience in interpreting large amount of data, conducting statistical analysis, forming conclusions and presenting to Executives
• Demonstrated ability to review and interpret statistical analyses
• Strong reporting skills.
