PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services advises Fortune 500 companies on developing and implementing effective Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. Subject matter specialists guide clients with:
- Documenting and enhancing processes and requirements; architecting design solutions; identifying and selecting technology tools; developing and deploying ECM systems; and providing ongoing support and transformational assistance.
- Developing strategies, methods and tools used to capture, manage, store, preserve and deliver content and documents.
- Identifying and presenting the business benefits of ECM, following industry standard frameworks to evaluate existing systems and procedures.
- Leading the analysis, planning, documentation, execution, implementation, and monitoring of ECM implementations and technology components.

Our technology focus is on unstructured content management systems, including document & contract management, records management, web content management, digital asset management, search solutions, e-discovery tools and social media tools.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 10


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree


Certification(s) Preferred: Content or Records Management or software vendor certifications, AIIM or ARMA.


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success, directing efforts in the following areas as it relates to developing and implementing effective global information risk management Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions:

- ECM-related industry standards, strategies and governances;
- Document Management, Contracts Management, Records Management, Email Management and Digital Asset Management solutions, or some combination of;
- Records Management policies and procedures;
- Business Process Management use case scenarios and multifunction workshop facilitation;
- Vendor and Alliance Partner management; and,
- Taxonomy building and metadata models.

Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

- Directing and leading of project teams responsible for requirements documentation, user test cases, design documents;
- Project managing the methodology using agile planning methodology;
- Managing of client relationships and project expectations for the successful delivery of ECM projects;

Preparing and presenting of concise accurate documents and reports;
- Developing business cases, defining vision statements, and calculating total cost of ownership for various situations;
- Directing and leading large revenue sales pursuits and developing proposals in response to RFP's;
- Building and leveraging relationships to grow business and providing solutions to clients;
- Recruiting and developing of team members for enterprise content practices;
- Delivering of projects for ECM strategy, governance, and system implementation;
- Applying functional knowledge of ECM full lifecycle implementations, including leading multiple ECM full lifecycle implementation projects;
- Utilizing ECM solutions, features, functionality and benefits for business justification, as well as guiding clients through selection and implementation of ECM solution;
- Driving of the ECM solutions and provide thought leadership of ECM topics of interest;
- Presenting in conferences and other industry events; and,
- Understanding and applying knowledge of the software development lifecycle and the leading trends in the industry related to ECM.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success, directing efforts directing efforts in the following areas:

- Utilizing software on projects related to ECM governance, strategy, requirements, design, project management, and functional benefits knowledge of the systems;
- Utilizing and applying SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS models and TCO considerations;
- Designing, configuring, and implementing two or more Document Management (SharePoint O365, Box, Documentum, OpenText, FileNet, Veeva, Alfresco, Hyland OnBase, etc.), Records Management (Documentum, GimmalSoft etc.), Contracts Management (Novatus, Aptis, Ariba etc.), and / or Digital Asset Management (Widen, NorthPlains, etc.) solutions;
- Developing custom code or integrations, or leading teams who did, on or between the above solutions or between them and other source systems;
- Working across multiple industry sectors and at least within one regulated industry;
- Utilizing agile, DevOps, and similar dynamic implementation methodologies; and,
- Applying broader ecosystem knowledge to projects as it relates to ECM including integrations with CRM, BPM, and ERP solutions.
