Cluster Automation Director reports direct line to Cluster Energy VP and dotted line to AUT Commercial VP
Primary Purpose of the Job
Grow ACS + ENP Market Share and Profitability
Principle Responsibilities:
Role:
· Be the ACS + ENP commercial leader in the Cluster
· Drive ACS OI (IG + OG) via all relevant channels (internal: Power System, External: Contractors) with a focus on Utility and Electro Intensive segments.
· Maximize X Sales between ENP and ACS. As the reference on the Energy Solution Playbook for ENP and ACS in the cluster.
· Manage the ACS commercial team (opportunity leaders) in the cluster
· Lead at Cluster level the 3 ACS Cadences processes: Pipeline Reviews cadence, SOC Cadences, TOP 20 Cadence.
· Ensure that Opportunity Leaders allocated in key opportunities are at the right level of competencies.
· Ensure that LeanScoping/TragetPricing/PowerMapping is properly performed for ACS in order to improve hit Rate ( target = between 25 – 30%)
· Provide direct support for Key opportunities. Interact directly with key Customers, and develop new accounts when necessary
· Drive actions to ensure that ENS (ACS) basket fully capitalize from all channels across the SE organization (via other EcoStruxures, Solutions, Segments etc)
· Feed ACS Commercial Director, ACS LoB & Execution VP with issues & Win/Loss and Competitive knowledge to propose offer, FootPrint Set-up, ways of working adaptation.
· Holds responsibility of actions on market share and consolidated margin improvement for ENP + ACS
· Interact primarily with Customers, ACS Commercial director, (ACS) RACs/EACs , Country Presidents, ENS LoB, Key Contractors, Power System, Segments etc.
Qualifications
Experience Required
· Strong Commercial experience / exposure (Ideally in FO)
· Min 20 years experience in the Energy industry
· Strong ACS Activity knowledge mandatory ( min 10 years)
Qualifications Required
· Bachelors degree with Engineering background.
