In this high impact role, you will provide attentive oversight of assigned client accounts and direct a willing and talented team of digital experts.

Partnering with the MD & Multi Channel Practice Director, you will bolster client relationships, identify new business opportunities & integrate Search/Social standard methodologies.

You'll own your promises. You will be accountable for the successful project delivery on these accounts and revenue health.

You'll achieve this by leading the appropriate strategies, develops POVs, provide thought leadership and drive innovation. The overarching strategies you invent will anchor and glue all the workstreams and execution together.
Responsibilities:
• Do you have a high EQ and empathy for others? Using this you'll foster highly productive client, client partner and internal client/specialty lead relationships for the engagement team
• Negotiate and resolve any raised client, agency, and vendor conflicts
• Grow revenue within the current client base by identifying new and cross-product opportunities
• We need you to showcase your knowledge of how to drive demand for advertisers. You'll provide in-depth strategic recommendations for current clients and strategize with sales on future prospects
• Love to celebrate the #smallwins? Us too. Create the business success story, lead quarterly client business reviews, win renewals
• We want you to power up the Engine room. This entails running the overall day to day operations teams, always seeking opportunities to optimize.
• Scrutinize planning budgets, of assigned accounts, to identify strengths and weaknesses and ensures proper financial allocations
• Approve I/Os
• Partner on staffing with HR and Talent Acquisition. Collaborate with Multi-channel Practice Directors to develop and approve manpower estimates against new and assigned engagements
• Serve as an advisor to search directors, social directors and associated staff on related accounts, ensuring personal and career development are prioritized.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 7 years of digital marketing experience gained in Agency, Publisher or on the Client Side. At least 2 years of leading teams of 6 people or above.
• Managed over $1MM in client revenue with a track record of successful renewals
• Developed strategies for helping Fortune 500 clients achieve their digital goals
• Developed staff engagement hours estimates for digital marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to solve complex technical and strategic problems
