Senior Account Director Bulletproof Group Limited Sydney

Working as an integral part of our team, this person’s primary purpose will be to foster, develop, and manage Bulletproof’s key Enterprise growth accounts, nurturing client relationships to secure the new projects and workloads that increase Bulletproofs share of wallet. The role will be based in both Norwest and CBD locations.
Core Activities

Focus on strategic solution selling to increase share of wallet
Develop new and existing technical and commercial relationships (up to C-level) within key Enterprise growth accounts.
Identify and convert cross-selling or up-selling opportunities in the customer base, securing new projects and workloads that increase Bulletproof’s share of wallet across all lines of business.
Drive new opportunities and account acquisition through Full sales lifecycle
Act as the customer’s senior commercial advocate within Bulletproof, providing feedback to Leadership and the Executive team that will assist us in delivering competitive service offerings
Manage an accurate opportunity pipeline and produce accurate reports on regular basis
Successfully leverage resources from across the business to assist in achieving customer and company objectives.
Build Relationships with practice and delivery leads as well as the wider Bulletproof team
Maintain understanding of current Industry trends and use of technology
Consistently represent the Company in a professional, ethical and authoritative manner

About you

Consultative, friendly yet focused approach to sales
Proven ability to leverage personal networks to develop new opportunities
Significant experience in Enterprise Account Management, ideally with experience in Software Professional Services Sales within the retail sector.
Track record in generating and managing a 3 or 4 X pipeline to achieve targets
Previous experience in Cloud Services or the wider Tech sector
A good understanding of software development processes
Willingness and ability to proactively build new and existing relationships as a trusted advisor within Enterprise accounts (up to C-Level).
Excellent customer communications skills (verbal and written, including presenting to large and small groups)
A thorough, intelligent approach to problem-solving and solution selling
A strong dedication to customer service
A desire to work as part of a tight knit, collaborative team
