As a Director/VP of Product, you will own the strategy, roadmap and feature definition for our retail ecommerce platform. Initially, you will create the value proposition and go-to-market strategy for each set of users to facilitate the adoption of our e-commerce platform. You will define the right product features for the right market by developing a deep understanding of the target customers needs and the capabilities of engineering and the HDS technology stack.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or marketing
10+ years as a product manager or product marketing manager
Experience with large-scale web apps, or e-commerce applications
Significant experience shipping products to millions of users
Ability to map the product strategy down to the individual features and prioritize them in the right order across phases
Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
Strong user-centered design and product sense: you have defined industry leading UI/UX
Comfortable guiding engineers to prioritize technical efforts
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
