The Expertise We’re Looking For
8+ years experience developing web, software, or mobile applications
BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with several programming languages (Node.js, Angular.js etc) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure etc) with in-depth experience in at least one. We are much more interested to know that you learn quickly, have high discipline in your work and are proficient in a variety of languages and tools.
Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences, which will enable clients and teammates make good, thoughtful decisions.
Experience with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)

The Lead Architect Engineer will work closely with the rest of the product development team in designing and building new capabilities and platforms. Act in a technical leadership capacity: Mentoring junior engineers, new team members, and applying technical expertise, including engineering and operational excellence, to challenging programming and design problems
Gathering functional and non-functional (performance, security) requirements, developing technical specifications, and project & test planning
Designing/developing scalable web & mobile apps, and quickly deliver prototypes or proofs of concepts
Identify & resolve defects/bugs, pre-production, production, and post-release patches
Mentor junior team members
