This role provides critical strategic and program support to the Workplace Participant Experience organization. Workplace Participant Experience is responsible for innovating, designing and delivering participant interactions across all of our customer-facing channels, including phones, NetBenefits/Mobile and Workplace Learning. The VP/ Director of Participant Experience Strategy and Program Management will drive and coordinate the creation and advancement of the vision and multi-year roadmap, manage the centralized intake / prioritization process across multiple initiatives, and create, package and refresh our story for different audiences.
Consulting experience and cross-organizational collaboration and influencing capability
You will need to be strategic and see the big picture, but also be able to dive into the details to connect it to the larger story, be able to anticipate and connect loose ends into a coherent POV.
In addition, you will need to be detail oriented to manage deadlines and deliverables, building in enough time for input and socialization while continuing to move the ball forward.You need to be an excellent project manager who is also knowledgeable about the subject matter
You need to have the skills to dig into complex areas of the business, work well with people, influence without much authority and articulate and communicate cogently and concisely.
You will need to have strong communication and visualization/ PowerPoint skills, and an ability to form and articulate a logical story for different audiences

How Your Work Impacts the Organization
Leading and coordinating development of strategy, multi-year plans, and operating disciplines by working with the Head of Participant Experience and the senior teamHelping to ensure high-impact, zero-defect presentation collateral
Owning intake and evaluation process as new opportunities are developed and put into a centralized pipeline
Point person to key functional support areas such as finance and analytics. Engaging other business partners as needed.
General coordination and management of initiative tracker, including breaking down and assigning work by individual workstreams project
Proactively engaging with workstream leads for updates on timing, deliverables, etc.
Identify overlaps, synergies, gaps - coordinate between working teams as needed
Create materials, lead meetings to communicate status updates to key stakeholders
Presentation support – Create, package and refresh our story for different audiences
Maintaining a master operating plan with key projects, deliverables and status by team
Supporting the Head of Participant Experience with key business management activities:
Helping set the agenda and backlog for senior team, ELT and all-hands meetings
