The Business Development Manager/Director will be based in Milpitas, CA and be responsible for analyzing and understanding customers business needs and future product plans, and align Flex resources where mutually beneficial and will cultivate and capture new business specifically to microelectronics and system-in-package (SiP) / miniaturized modules.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
Perform market analysis and define business development strategy for microelectronics, system-in-package (SiP) and miniaturized modules, across market segments.
Work with internal business groups and external customers to develop business opportunities, capture customer objectives and define product requirements.
Work with the design team and manufacturing sites to drive project execution to meet objectives for performance, form factor, cost, and schedule.
Work closely with the business groups to manage each account for maximum operating profit and revenue growth and develop and communicate metrics for same to all levels of internal and external management.
Maintain and sustain business relationships and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and/or input for technology roadmaps.
Additional duties as assigned.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…
Must have 7-10 years’ experience of Business Development with technical and engineering background.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) – MS preferred. MBA a plus.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally approx. 30% of time.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
