If so, we have an exciting Director of Store Product Marketing position on the Microsoft Digital Stores team at Microsoft.

Responsibilities
In this role, you and your team would be responsible for defining, advocating and delivering scenarios for the Microsoft Store – spanning consumer to commercial, online to retail. Deeply understanding the needs of customers, combined with objectives of the business and in partnership with engineering to deliver impactful scenarios. Ones which delight customers and drive business impact.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Build and foster a high performing team with a diverse set of experiences and skills
Develop vision, strategy, and detailed requirements for Microsoft Store to successfully meet customer needs
Partner effectively with product development to deeply understand product benefits, prioritize features, execute, deliver and drive go-to-market strategy.
Monitor data & analyze business results of services delivered to work towards continuous improvements.
Act as a product evangelist and influence partners and executives with clear articulation of customer value prop, strategy, and roadmap
Continuously learn about the industry trends and keep the key stakeholders educated

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

7+ years experience as a product management, program management or Business Management in a marketing function/discipline
+3 years of Digital Marketing Experience


Additional Qualifications:

Comfort with high levels of ambiguity and ability to have impact & influence
Champion level attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product through its lifecycle
Proven track record of delivering results by partnering across teams in a matrix environment
Experience working with Executive level managers required
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
MBA preferred
