What You'll Do
In this leadership role, you will lead a team in the execution of a strategy and project plan intent on accelerating revenue growth, gaining market share and competitive differentiation for Cisco. Using IT automation capabilities, you will implement highly complex programs and initiatives and drive cross-functional alignment and efficiencies throughout the organization.

Our Minimum Requirements Are The Following;
• You have 10+ years of experience in leading strategy, operations and finance
• Planning & portfolio management with growing scope
• You have experience working in large, complex organizations with a record of high performance and success
• A proven track record of tackling complex business problems and building viable solutions
• You are analytical & have quantitative skills
• You have strong management & judgment skills including organizational, self- motivation and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated positive influencing skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy required
• Bachelors in Business, Finance, or Engineering with MBA preferred
