Working closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing for LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) in the EMEA & LATAM regions (EMEAL), this role will have a detailed purview into key priorities and project manage several initiatives aimed to drive operational excellence and growth in a high-growth region. The ideal candidate is passionate about executing programs that help a team run more effectively, ranging from planning to prioritization to communications to systems and tools.

The Head of Marketing Program Operations is key member of the LTS EMEAL Marketing leadership team, participating in strategy discussions, leading key initiatives, facilitating business execution and communicating results. This is a great opportunity to work closely with global leaders across LinkedIn’s largest business unit, in its fastest growing regions.


Responsibilities

Drive operational success for the EMEAL Talent Solutions Marketing team, and contribute to optimizing marketing program leverage and impact
Maximize the effectiveness of the EMEAL marketing lead by helping him balance priorities, drive operational excellence, communicate effectively, and connect with the team
Work regularly with the Global Head of Strategy & Operations in LTS Marketing to track functional priorities, monthly progress against each and create visuals that enable discussions and alignment.
Play a key role in helping ensure we are perpetually optimizing our marketing investments and execution, with a view across the business as to where marketing can prioritize and make the greatest impact based on defined resources
Manage disciplined process for consolidating and managing EMEAL marketing program budgets, tracking and reporting
Organize and manage team meetings and off sites to support marketing planning, operational reviews and talent evaluations
Help the team get recognition for results by ensuring key operational and business reports are produced and submitted on time by regional and functional teams. Consolidate weekly and monthly updates for EMEAL and Global stakeholders
Build our brand and engage key customers by coordinating certain aspects of select EMEAL marketing programs and events, including global executive visits and high-impact local customer engagement initiatives, supporting country and functional teams
Support the onboarding of new team members and recognizing success and milestones of existing team members
Maximize resources and drive for 100% resource allocation and utilization on a regular basis
Influence strategy development and execution by reporting on learnings from campaigns, tracking ROI and more
Track campaign and team performance for business reviews and updates

Basic qualifications

5+ years experience as Program Manager/Project Leader or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred qualifications

Proven track record of improving operational excellence and scale in a marketing organization
Effective at helping drive complex multi-stakeholder programs to desired results
Ability to establish effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels
Prioritization (i.e. knows what matters, what doesn’t, and is able to operate successfully in an environment of frequent change, occasional ambiguity, and rapid growth)
Distinguished written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with analytical problem solving skills
Adept at cutting through complex issues to find quick wins and make progress
Experience with internal communications processes, templates, etc.
Experience working with marketing and/or communications teams
Quick and high-quality analysis and presentation creation using Excel and PowerPoint
Leverage tools and frameworks to structure team thinking, collaboration and reporting (eg Sharepoint)
Reach insightful, actionable answers without “boiling the ocean”
A passion for driving things over the finish line, but okay with changing direction and being flexible
Keen ability to anticipate issues before they become problems
