The Global Fulfillment & Logistics Solutions team needs an Agile Program/Portfolio Leader to be part of a highly visible, strategic team focused on aligning strategic objectives with tactical demands.

If this is you, you will:
Define, implement, maintain, and communicate agile program management procedures and processes to enable teams to deliver against the defined organizational and product goals for committed scope on cadence and budget.
Perform the role of a SAFe Solution Train Engineer (STE)to manage portfolio structure, cadence, and resource / financial model to support SAFe/Agile methodology. Oversee epic delivery, budgets and scope, and elevate risks proactively.
Define, implement, and monitor metrics and KPIs to report epic status, including portfolio predictability measures, benefits realization management, etc.
Establish and maintain best practices and standardized frameworks (SAFe, SoS), tools and operational processes related to Agile Product Management collaboration, knowledge management, resource planning, vendor management, and dashboards.
Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure ongoing strategic alignment with short and long-term business objectives.
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to scrum masters.
Enable effective, efficient working relationship with related and assigned teams – primary liaison to Nike Technology PMO.
Need to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing large, complex initiatives in a results-driven environment, and accountability of deadlines and value propositions.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field. MBA preferred.
5-7 years’ experience leading and managing large-scale programs; should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or as a leader in a functional role.
SAFe 4.5 certified (SPC4 preferred).
Formal training in Agile portfolio, Lean agile budgeting, project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional integration/relationships and program execution.
Solid understanding of application and execution of program/ train metrics and KPI’s.
Ability to drive large-scale change/projects and lead enterprise-wide transition management efforts.
Expert level project/program management skills. Lean process design experience preferred.
Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.
Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
Demonstration of strong influencing skills.
