The Role
As our Head of Conservative Politics at the state and national levels, you will be responsible for ensuring our users have the best possible advocacy and elections experiences by creating original campaigns and partnering with the leading advocacy and political campaigns in the country. You will hire, train, and manage a digital organizer to support your efforts to meet our company goals of driving user growth, retention, and impact.
Create and manage strategic advocacy campaigns on Brigade
Manage a content partner program that brings the most impactful political and advocacy campaigns onto Brigade
Represent Brigade at external events
Work closely with internal teams to achieve company goals
Manage a digital organizer to design and execute the best distributed organizing practices that motivate our most active users to remain deeply involved in your campaigns
YOU WILL HAVE:
5+ years of digital/social media experience in the nonprofit or political sector
Proven track record closing partnerships and/or hitting business development goals
Experience managing a team
Experience designing creative digital strategies for social change
Experience running strategy for advocacy and/or electoral campaigns
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Adaptability—priorities change very fast at this startup; the ability to adjust to changing priorities is critical to your success

Passion for conservative politics and today’s most pressing societal issues
Bachelor's Degree
