Director eCommerce Cisco San Francisco

What You’ll Do
On the Growth Team, The Director of eCommerce will be responsible for running the global website and ecommerce business for both Cisco Spark and Cisco Webex.
You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including strategy, planning, content, design, development, and analytics.
Experience Required

Proven leadership of large eCommerce businesses
Experience with B2C or B2B eCommerce depending on your focus
Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics
Experience with eCommerce industry best practices.
Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
Proven track record of generating creative business ideas and solutions
Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
Strong communication skills. Must have ability to simplify complex business situations and effectively communicate concepts up, down, and across organization.
Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders to effectively communicate, prioritize, and execute initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities

Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability
Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the eCommerce organization for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test eCommerce initiatives
Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the eCommerce strategy
Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing
Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce projects
Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop eCommerce solutions
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of e-commerce experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience) with expertise in site conversion and working with cross-functional teams such as SEO, Affiliates, Display, and Internet Business Development
Minimum 5 years of combined e-commerce, digital and social marketing experience required.
Minimum 3 years of team management experience required
Proven experience interacting with and selling-in to key e-commerce stakeholders/buyers
Proven experience analyzing and applying online consumer data
Proven experience with e-commerce, search, display, affiliate, mobile, programmatic, social and email growth channels
Proven experience in measuring, recapping ROI and replicating best practice conversion tactics
Additional Qualifications

Experience on a growth engineering team desired
