To make sure that our manufacturing systems that build our propulsion systems is developed to meet the future demands and secure our customer's expectations we are now recruiting a Director with responsibility for Manufacturing Preparation.
As a Director within Manufacturing Engineering you will have responsibility for Organizational Development, Working processes, Secure project deliverables and Policy deployment globally within ME Preparation. The size of the total group is around 70 employees and the position will have 5 direct reporting managers. In this role, you will be placed in our plant in Skövde and you will be a part of our global Propulsion ME management team.
Drive and secure Machining and Assembly when it comes to product and process planning, Bill of Process, Equipment Functionality specification, Product design feedback, inbound material review and Equipment Design Review.
Lead Process Project Management.
Lead our Industrial Engineering.
Review and set the equipment standards and requirements for R&M.
Secure Gauging and Tooling when it comes to Tooling, gauging & Quality assurance setup, Operation drawings and Control plan.
Support concept development and installation which includes SME functions.
Manage organization and resources to meet defined targets on all locations.
Competence planning, recruitment, development of the organization, working methods and employees to fulfil current and future needs.
Manage and allocate the assigned work effectively to ensure that each employee is able and motivated to contribute to their maximum potential.
Required qualifications
Master of Science degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7 years work experience in relevant areas
Experience in leading project teams and/or line management, with proven track record in leadership
Coaching and communication skills.
Long and broad experience of industrial systems.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
